Terms & Conditions for Parents and Student's
Please read the Terms and the privacy policy of the institute (privacy policy)
carefully before seeking admission, using the website or services. In the event
of any discrepancy between the Terms and any other policies with respect to
the website or services, the provisions of the Terms shall prevail.
Your class admission or use/inquiry/browsing of the Website or the Services or
registration (with or without payment/with or without a subscription) through
any means shall signify Your acceptance of the Terms and Your agreement to
be legally bound by the same.
If You do not agree with the Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the
Website or avail of the Services. Any access to our institute premises, or
website through inquiry or physical admission is non-transferable.
- Classes are meant to be attended only by the student who gets
admission in the academy & Wissen Academy of Excellence reserves
the right to take necessary legal actions if the class timetable, course
curriculum and notes are duplicated and shared with anyone without
the written permission from coaching classes managing comity.
- Students / parents have no entitlement to provide, sell or loan any
material, assets, workbooks, notes etc provided to him/her, to a third
party. If any student find out with sharing the same with other students
then his/her classes will be blocked by restricting his/her entry to the
premises
- Wissen Academy of Excellence (also known as, Wissen Coaching
Classes) reserves the right to take necessary legal actions if any
attempt to breach copyright or patent is found.
- Parents or Students must specify the current or updated
communication address to which the contact/communication, if any
must be made at the time of admission. In case of any change in the
address, You need to specify the same to us in writing well in advance
during the academic session.
- The course fees must be paid in advance to continue access to the
classes.
- The course fess has to be paid in lumpsum and no requests pertaining
to the quarterly or monthly advance fees will be entertained
- Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances except when
Wissen Academy of Excellence fails to provide admission or terminates
the student amidst unacceptable behaviour in the class. Students must
provide proper details and fees on a timely basis to provide timely
access to classes. Non-attendance or non-attentiveness in the classes
or non-performance in academics can’t be a reason for the admission
cancellation or fees refund request
- Before finalising/seeking admission in the Wissen Coaching Classes,
face to face parent and student discussion is a must to have criteria.
Post first round of discussion with student, Wissen Tuitions reserves the
right to allow or deny admission to student.
- Wissen Academy of Excellence shall have no responsibility for any loss
or damage caused to student belongings or any other hardware and / or
instrument, including loss of books or stationery.
- The content of the pages of this website is for your general information,
representative in nature and for reference only. It is subject to change
without notice. It is not necessary that the website content is always up to
date. Hence, it is advisable to get in touch on the communication channels
including contact number of Wissen Academy of Excellence and get the
details verified and queries resolved on a real time basis. All copyrights are
reserved.
- Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as
to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of
the information offered on this website for any particular purpose. You
acknowledge that such information and materials may contain
inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such
inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We at Wissen Academy of Excellence (also known as Wissen Coaching
Classes, Wissen Caching Institute, Wissen Tuition Classes) may also
contact the student or parents over phone or mobile number or through
WhatsApp, email or SMS for important updates, notifications, special offers
and promotion (on a case-to-case basis). Therefore, Wissen is non liable
to any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, expenses in case
the user’s mobile numbers are registered with Do not Call (DNC) database.
You acknowledge that this permission is being granted without any kind of
influence and is voluntary.
- Any violation by You of the terms of above Clauses may result in
immediate suspension or termination of Your admission apart from any
legal remedy that the Academy can avail. In such instances, academy
may also disclose Your Admission Information if required by any
Governmental or legal authority. You understand that the violation of these
Terms could also result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.
Communication to the Students and Parents
- If there is any class cancellation or change in the schedule of the
program, students shall be informed by mail/SMS/through the Wissen
WhatsApp broadcast group.

- Students are responsible to check for updates from time to time.
- All the Parents need to ensure the safeguards and safety of their
children. We shall endeavor to take reasonable care of all our students
whilst in the premises of Wissen Academy. Once the Student leaves the
premise it is the responsibility of Parent to ensure the students reach
home safely.
- Parents should ensure the pickup and drop of their students strictly as
per scheduled time of the batch. Students should be dropped for the
Tuition 10 minutes before the schedule time in order to avoid the delay
in batch.
- We expect cooperation from Parents in picking up the students strictly
within 10 minutes from the end of batch time in order to avoid rush and
make way for the next batch.
Students Feedback and Grievance Redressal
- In order to improve the quality of services provided to students, WISSEN
CLASSES actively seeks, appreciates and acts upon Feedback from
students and parents about its services time to time.
- Students/Parents can approach the reception, with their queries for
assistance guidance.
- WISSEN CLASSES decision in any of the above shall be final and binding
- All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction courts of law
Declaration by the Student and/or Parents
I/We have,
- Read & understand the above and I am aware of the services WISSEN
shall provide to the students.
- Understood that the student’s performance depends on the
continuing/participating interest on his/her part.
- Aware that the conduct of Academic and Board exam is subject to
Maharashtra State Board, CBSE & ICSE policies & regulations.
- Declare and undertake that have read and understood the aforesaid
“Student Guidelines” and will strictly adhere to the same at all times
- I further agree that I will fully comply with all decisions made by WISSEN
COACHING & comply with all decisions made by Wissen Academy of
Excellence with regards to the above procedures and understand that
the same will not be subject to any review under any circumstances.
